Nancy Carrol Wagner, 72

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Nancy Carrol Wagner, 72, of Kingston, Idaho, passed away April 13, 2019 with her family by her side. She was born May 9th 1946 in Clarksburg, West Virginia; Nancy was the daughter of Raymond and Mary (Hayhurst) Barker.

Nancy spent her childhood growing up in West Virginia. She met the man of her dreams and on January 6, 1964 was united in marriage to John W. Wagner in Baltimore, Maryland. Together they made a wonderful life for themselves and raised two children. Nancy was a homemaker for many years and also spent time as a bus aid helping handicap children. In 2000 John and Nancy moved to the Silver Valley to retire and enjoy life.

Nancy was known for her delicious baked goods, especially her pumpkin bread and cookie trays around the holidays. Nancy loved being with her family. Her family was the most important thing to her. She also loved spoiling her grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 55 years John Wagner; two children Dawn Wagner and John Jr. and Jill Wagner; three grandchildren Austin Wagner, Casey Green and Jordan Green. She is also survived by three sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings.

A Funeral Service will be held on April 20th 2019 at 11:00 AM at Our Savior Lutheran Church of Pinehurst, Idaho with visitation being held one hour prior.  Following the service, interment will be held at the Shoshone Memorial Gardens. Pastor Ken Bartle will be officiating.
