Woodie Baysinger

Woodie R. Baysinger, 76 of Pinehurst, passed away on September 29, 2017 at her home in Pinehurst. She was born on November 2, 1939; Woodie was the daughter of Woody and Gladys (Schuler) Davis.

Woodie moved to the Silver Valley when she was 19 and lived mainly in Pinehurst. She graduated from Kellogg High School.

Woodie was united in marriage to Delbert Baysinger on February 27, 1960. She was a homemaker and housewife until the passing of Delbert in 1981. She then went to work for Canyon Bookkeeping.

Woodie enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, spending time with her grandchildren, going up the river and walking her dogs.

Woodie is survived by her children Clifford (Lisa) Baysinger of Carlin, Nevada, Marian Baysinger of Pinehurst and Lynn Schroeder of Pinehurst; her brother Sam Schuler of Pinehurst; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and several very special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter Kristina R. Baysinger and 2 grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on  Friday, October 6, 2017 at 6pm at the Lions Club Hall in Smelterville.
