Robert “Bobby” Evertt Olson, 70

Robert “Bobby” Evertt Olson, 70, of Smelterville, Idaho, passed away June 29, 2022 at the Shoshone Medical Center of Kellogg.  He was born September 5, 1951 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho; Bobby was the son of Arthur and Helen (Weekley) Olson.

Bobby moved to the Silver Valley in July of 2020 from Coeur d’ Alene.  He was united in marriage to Angela “Angie” Dragon on May 17, 2003 in Coeur d’ Alene.

Bobby was a carpenter and he had worked in construction and landscaping.  He had also served as a manager of a motel in Coeur d’ Alene.

Bobby loved and enjoyed his family, reading, bike riding and above all, he loved helping others.

Bobby is survived by his wife Angie of the family home of Smelterville; one daughter Angela Yeakey of Spokane, Washington; three grandchildren Steven, Nakita and Tiffany; one great-grandchild Dante and one great-grandchild on the way; one brother Richard Olson of Sandpoint, Idaho; two sisters Sylvia and Norma.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Charlotte.

Bobby’s request was for cremation and no services to be held.
