Prendy Kim (Mikesell) Schneider

Prendy Kim (Mikesell) Schneider, 59, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away January 19, 2017 at her home of Salt Lake City.  She was born February 7, 1957 in Kellogg, Idaho; Prendy was the daughter of Preston and Joan (Prendergast) Mikesell.

Prendy attended and graduated from the Sandpoint High School of Sandpoint, Idaho in 1975.  She then attended the University of Idaho.

Prendy has resided in the Salt Lake City, Utah area for many years.

Prendy had worked at a WalMart store of Salt Lake City for several years as a greeter and announcer.  She recently had enjoyed working for the Crossing Guard for the City.

Prendy was a member of the Red Hat Ladies.  She so loved her special friends she had made in the mobile park she lived and friends through the Crossing Guard.

Prendy is survived by her mother Joan Head of Kellogg, Idaho; her two children Katherine (Ben) Kilduff of Gresham, Oregon and Nathan “Butch” Baldwin of Eastvale, California; two grandsons William Kilduff and Nolan Baldwin; one sister Debbie Mikesell of Silverton, Idaho; her aunt Peny Benson of Smelterville, Idaho; she is also survived by several cousins.  Prendy was preceded in death by her father Preston Mikesell and her maternal grandparents Frank and Lila Prendergast.

Cremation will be held and private family graveside services will be held sometime this summer.
