Paula Raye Williams (Wingfield), 59
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Paula Raye Williams, 59, of Kingston, Idaho passed away on November 25, 2016 at Kootenai Health in Coeur d‘Alene. Paula was born on January 27, 1957 in Coeur d‘Alene, Idaho; Paula was the daughter of Paul and Mae (Nelson) Wingfield.
Paula grew up in the Silver Valley. She attended and graduated from Kellogg High School in 1975.
On June 21, 1986, Paula was united in marriage to Duane Williams at the family home at Service Creek. Paula and Duane lived a real life love story. Together they raised two children whom they loved more then life itself. Paula and her daughter had a bond that only few have ever experienced, they knew each others next move or thought better than they did themselves.
Paula worked in the garden center at Wal-Mart for the past ten years. If you ever went into Wal-Mart you may remember seeing her running (literally) from one aisle to the next. Paula was the hardest working woman you would ever have met. Never resting until a job was 100% done. As one can imagine Paula enjoyed gardening at home AKA feeding the deer. She had a love for all animals and was known for not squashing a bug, but for taking it outside and setting it free. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was her granddaughter’s number one fan cheering her on during her volleyball games this past season. They were the best of friends and loved shopping together.
Paula is survived by her husband of 30 years Duane; two children, Krista (Jeremy) Brandt of Pinehurst, Idaho and Duane (Summer) Williams of St. Maries, Idaho; one granddaughter Cierra Brandt; eight siblings Kathy Campbell of Missoula, Montana, Paul (Marsha) Wingfield of Post Falls, Idaho, Twin sister Jonni Wingfield of Alaska, Rodney (Annette) Wingfield of Kingston, Idaho, Beverly (Kevin) Young of Texas, Colleen (Don) Ames of Post Falls, Idaho, Susie (Mike) McCallister of Oregon and Dwight (Barb) Avery of Hayden, Idaho; her step mother Mary Sauer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Paula was preceded in death by her parents and siblings George Duncan, Mike Duncan and Dade Latuseck.
