Patricia Ann Anderson

Patricia Ann Anderson, 81, of Pinehurst, ID, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on November 25, 2023 at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Patricia was born on August 13, 1942 in Rosemount, MN, a daughter of the late Philip Schlussler and Wanda Rose Effie (Krause) Schlussler. Patricia was the 5th born of 11 siblings.

Patricia married Harold Anderson on December 17, 1960 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Rosemount, MN. The couple had five children, Roger, Ranae, Kathy, Leann, and Dalry. Leann passed away in 1976.

Patricia worked several jobs throughout her life, but her greatest accomplishment was raising her children. She enjoyed sewing and was always working on various knitting and crocheting projects. There was never a shortage of blankets and afghans for family and friends. Music was a big part of her life as well. She loved bluegrass music and worshiping God with her gift of singing. Everyone who knew Pat saw her kindness and her love for Jesus.

In addition to her parents and precious daughter, Leann, Patricia is preceded in death by eight of her siblings.

Survivors include her loving husband of almost 63 years, Harold Anderson of the family home in Kingston, ID; four children, Roger (Robyn Ann) Anderson of Leesburg, VA, Ranae (Mike) Ellis of Kellogg, ID, Kathy Lees (Brent) of Kingston, ID, and Dalry Anderson of Post Falls, ID; 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, 11:00 AM at Mountain View Congregational Church, Kellogg, where a reception will follow. Interment will take place at Hunt Cemetery, Kingston, ID.
