Myrna Gaye Kinnick, 60, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away June 12, 2014 at the Silver Wood Good Samaritan of Silverton. She was born July 25, 1953 in Butte, Montana; Myrna was the daughter of Adrian and Mary (Schelin) Keene.
Myrna attended schools in Montana and moved to the Silver Valley in 1969 from Montana.
Myrna was a homemaker and had also served as a bartender at various taverns here in the Silver Valley.
Myrna loved and enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking and crocheting.
Myrna is survived by her companion of thirty-five years Jim Kinnick of Kellogg, Idaho; two sons Paul Flory of Boise, Idaho and Josh (Meranda) Kinnick of Kellogg; two daughters Shara (Lonnie) Cook of Kellogg and Misty (Brad) Ketola of Reed Point, Montana; eight grandchildren Shelby, Kelsey, Bristol, Braley, Brooklyn, David, Kaitlin and Jennifer; four brothers Adrian Keene of Butte, Montana, Tom Keene of Butte, Montana, Cecil Keene of Butte, Montana and Carl Keene of Deer Lodge, Montana; two sisters Garnita McNeal of Butte, Montana and Pauline Summers of Butte, Montana; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Jack and Lloyd, one sister Barbara Morrison and two nieces Adrianna McNeal and Sam Keene.
A Celebration of Myrna’s Life will be held on Friday, June 20, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at the Gene Day Park of Osburn, Idaho; this will be potluck and everyone is welcome.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Shoshone Cancer Resource Center, 204 Oregon Street, Suite J, Kellogg, Idaho 83837.
