Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt, Linda Kay Frank, 68, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away September 25, 2015 at the family home of Kellogg. She was born May 30, 1947 in Cardin, Oklahoma; Linda was the daughter of Roy and Deannie (Starks)
Young.
Linda attended and graduated from Picher High School in Picher, Oklahoma. Linda moved to the Silver Valley in 1965.
In 1967, Linda was united in marriage to Henry Frank in Kellogg, Idaho.
Linda worked for the Beamis Oil Company as a bookkeeper for many years.
Linda was a very family oriented person. She loved spending her time surrounded by her family especially her grandchildren and her great-granddaughter. She enjoyed spoiling them by going shopping and baking them treats.
Linda is survived by Henry Frank of the family home of Kellogg; two children Jeff (Jessica) Frank of Smelterville, Idaho and Mike Frank also of Smelterville, Idaho; grandchildren Nicole, Brittaney, Andrew, Alexandria, Kameron and one great-granddaughter Sophia. Linda is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Betty, Bobby, Roy “Peddy” and Georgia.
A memorial service will be held on Friday October 2, 2015 at 1:00p.m. at the Kellogg Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ken Bartle officiating. Inurnment will take place following services at the Greenwood Cemetery in Kellogg. The family will gather at the Kellogg Elks for a reception following services beginning at 2:30p.m.
