Linda Emerson

Linda Ione Emerson, 78, of Mullan, ID, passed away on November 1, 2022 at Shoshone Medical Center in Kellogg, ID. Linda was born on December 6, 1943 in Tacoma, WA, a daughter of the late Glenn and Grace Schumock.

Linda was married to Richard Emerson on June 19, 1970 in Federal Way, WA. Richard later passed away in May of 2015.

In her later years, Linda enjoyed making her home into a place she really enjoyed. She enjoyed getting out and walking the streets of Mullan. Linda also cared for her two precious pets, her dog, Poncho, and cat, Samantha.

Survivors include her son, Jim (Shanna) Hystad of Bonney Lake, WA; a daughter, Lisa Hystad of Seattle, WA; a granddaughter, Hailey Hystad of Bonney Lake, WA, as well as many extended family members and friends.

At Linda’s request, cremation will take place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
