Kelly Griffin

Beloved son, brother and uncle, Kelly Kent Griffin, 51, of Wallace, Idaho, passed away October 6, 2014 at the Shoshone Medical Center of Kellogg. He was born April 4, 1963 in Tacoma, Washington; Kelly was the son of Dean Edward and Marilyn Louise (Reasoner) Griffin.

Kelly attended schools in Kellogg and was a longtime resident of the Northwest. He worked for many years as a cook and was employed at Dave Smith Motors for the last seven years.

Kelly attended Wallace/Burke United Methodist Church of Wallace regularly where he was an active volunteer.

He loved and enjoyed his family and fishing.

Kelly is survived by his mother, Marilyn White of the family home of Wallace; brothers Scott (Angie) Griffin of Couer de Alene and David (Diane) Griffin of Boise. Kelly was preceded in death by his father.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Wallace/Burke United Methodist Church of Wallace with Pastor Bill Schillereff officiating. A reception and a gathering of family and friends will be held in the church basement following services.

The family suggests that memorials may be made to the charity the Donor’s choice.
