Jimmy Lee Allen, 70, of Kingston, ID, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2024 at his Kingston home surrounded by his loving family. Jimmy was born on February 10, 1954 in Kellogg, ID, a son of Jerry Allen and Ruth (Brien) Allen. 

Jimmy graduated from Kellogg High School and later went on the mines working at Bunker Hill, Silver Mountain, and US Silver. He married Tammy (Carrico) Allen on August 25, 1979 and the couple later separated. Jimmy enjoyed hunting when he was younger, fishing, and UTV riding; Jimmy loved being outdoors. But above all, he loved being with his family and especially loved his grandchildren.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Allen; and his sister, Karen Marie Allen.

Survivors include his two sons, Jeremy (Jessica) Allen and Chad (BreeAnna) Allen; his daughter, Stacie James; seven grandchildren, Maddux Allen, Kendal Allen, Conner Allen, Carson Allen, Carter Allen, Noah James, and Lucas James; his sister, Wendy Castonguay; and his girlfriend of many years, Shelley Burbank. He is also survived by a niece and nephew, Chris and Stephanie Bowen. 

A celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, 1:00 PM at the Pinehurst-Kingston Lion’s Club building in Pinehurst, ID.
