Jack Ray Mendy

Jack Ray Mendy, 88, of Kellogg, ID, entered into eternal rest peacefully on Thursday, May 30^, 2024. Jack was born in Lucile, ID on March 2, 1936 to Benjamin Mendy and Velma (Deasy) Mendy.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Phillip, Cecil, and Ruben; and three sisters, Burna Warren, Audrey Hoffman, and Theresa Mendy.

Jack is survived by his wife, Janet Mendy; his children, John Mendy, Sharon Mendy and Kathy Lawrence; two grandchildren, Michael Mendy and Johnny Mendy, two brothers Alex Mendy, and Harold (Ramona) Mendy. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service will be held at Mountain View Congregational Curch in Kellogg on Saturday, June 8, 2024, 11:00 AM.  A potluck will be held at the church after the memorial service. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Jack’s memory to the American Heart Association.
