Helen Mae Frederick, 95
Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Helen Mae Frederick, 95, of Pinehurst, Idaho, passed away November 17, 2016 at Kootenai Health of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. She was born February 28, 1921 in Wallace, Idaho; Helen was the daughter of George T. and Henrietta C. (York) Daniels.
Helen attended and graduated from the Wallace High School in 1939. She has lived in the Silver Valley all of her life; she had resided on Beaver Creek for 49 years.
Helen married Francis Frederick on August 12, 1939 in Wallace; Francis passed away in 1991.
Helen had served as a Certified Nurses Aide for the Shoshone County Nursing Home, she also served in home health care and for the Silver Wood Good Samaritan of Silverton, Idaho.
Helen loved and enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, camping and fishing.
Helen is survived by her son John Clark (Cheri) Frederick of Ephrata, Washington; two grandchildren Jason and Daniel Frederick; three great-grandchildren Jase, Aubry and Carolyn Frederick; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Francis, an adopted son James Frederick and two brothers Clark and George Daniels.
Family Memorial Services will be held in Moses Lake, Washington at a later date.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 911 W. 5th Ave., Spokane, Washington 99204 or to the charity of the Donors choice.
