Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, George Abel Sellers, 87, of Mullan, Idaho, passed away April 9, 2015 at the family home of Mullan. He was born December 23, 1927 in Mullan; George was the son of Orrin and Bessie (Beebe) Sellers.
George attended and graduated from the Mullan High School in 1946. He furthered his studies and completed Electrical Technical Training.
George married Elizabeth May McCarver on June 29, 1946 in Superior, Montana; Elizabeth passed away on January 2, 2001.
George was an electrical lineman and had worked for the Citizens Utilities Company of Wallace for forty-five years.
George was a member of the Masonic Lodge and had served on the Shoshone Water District board and the Mullan TV board. He had also served as a volunteer for the Mullan Fire Department.
George loved and enjoyed his family, gun smithing, fishing, hunting and photography.
George is survived by three children Dave Sellers of Spokane, Washington, Vickie and her husband Bill Pickett (who George loved as a son) of Spokane, Washington and Debbra Sellers of Mullan, Idaho; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; his brother-in-law Charles McCarver of Osburn, Idaho; his half-sister Susie Roberts of Washington. George was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Elizabeth.
Cremation will be held and upon his request, no services will be held.
