Elizabeth Edwards

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Elizabeth “Ann” Edwards of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away September 13, 2013 at the Kootenai Medical Center of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. She was born April 29, 1942 at Long Beach, California; Ann was the daughter of Ernest “Dan” W. Stoker.

Ann attended and graduated from the Yucaipa High School of Yucaipa, California.

Ann married Kelly Edwards on December 30, 1967 at Las Vegas, Nevada.

Before her retirement, Ann had served as a supervisor for Sprint for thirty-five years. She was a member of the Sun City Summerlin Golf Club, a member of the Coeur d’ Alene Eagles and a member of the Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ann loved and enjoyed her family especially her grandchildren, the family Coeur d’ Alene Lake home, boating, ATVing, cruises and video poker machines. Ann was a very loving and giving person and was always concerned of her family’s and friend’s needs.

Ann is survived by her husband Kelly Edwards of the family home of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sons Darin (Jacqui) Edwards of Las Vegas, Nevada and Kelly (Christine) Edwards of Las Vegas; four grandchildren Darin, Kellsie, Devyn, and Adriana; one brother Robert (Mary Ann) Stoker of Las Vegas; her sister-in-law Ellen Kauppi of Portland, Oregon; Ann is also survived by numerous beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at the Kellogg Elks of Kellogg; everyone is welcome.

The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Kellogg Elks #1841, 202 ½ McKinley Ave. Kellogg, Idaho 83837.
