David Carlson

David Jack Carlson, 59, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away January 1, 2014 at the Shoshone Medical Center of Kellogg. He was born June 27, 1954 at Kellogg; David was the son of Floyd and Belva “Bobbie” (Lewis) Carlson.

David attended schools in Kellogg and has lived in the Silver Valley all of his life.

David had served as a miner at the Bunker Hill Mining Company.

David loved and enjoyed watching all sports and in his earlier years fishing and camping.

David is survived by two children Norman John Carlson of Kellogg and Melinda Dawn Carlson of Rathdrum, Idaho; five grandchildren Chandler Schmitz, Kylee Carlson, Zack Carlson, Samantha Carlson and Lukas Carlson; two brothers Randy Henderson and Mike Carlson both of California. David was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation was held and private family services will be held.
