Danny Stevenson

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle, Danny Eugene Stevenson, 55, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away January 25, 2015 at the family home of Kellogg. He was born March 15, 1959 in Aurora, Colorado; Danny was the son of Edward and Edna “Marie” (Chapin) Stevenson.

Danny attended and graduated from the Kellogg High School of Kellogg, Idaho. He has been a resident of Kellogg for nearly fifty years. Danny was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He married Tina Straw on November 30, 1997 in Smelterville, Idaho.

Danny had served as a heavy equipment operator for the Environmental Protection Agency.

Danny loved and enjoyed his family- especially his children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews; he also enjoyed fishing, camping, four-wheeling and working on cars.

Danny is survived by his beloved wife Tina Stevenson of the family home of Kellogg; four daughters Brandy Stevenson of Arizona, Misty (Chad) Huber of Bellfield, North Dakota, Samara Stevenson of Smelterville, Idaho and Dani Stevenson of Kellogg, Idaho; six grandchildren Deon Umland, Tyson Stevenson, Carlee Ford, Heavenlee Huber, Dexter Behrendsen and Anthony Peyer; one brother Mick (Sharon) Stevenson of Pinehurst, Idaho; one sister Marilyn (Daryl) Bewick of Pinehurst, Idaho and numerous foster brothers and sisters. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents and a sister Kimmy Stevenson.

Cremation will be held and A Celebration of Danny’s Life will be announced and held this coming summer.
