Beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, Carl Lee Kellar Sr. 52, of Smelterville, Idaho, passed away August 20, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was born January 20, 1964 in Grafton, West Virginia; Carl was the son of Gerald and Eva Thompson.
Carl moved to the Silver Valley in 1978 from Mountain Home, Idaho. Carl worked various jobs here in the Silver Valley including Wal-Mart and at the Conoco gas station.
In his free time Carl enjoyed playing video games and was a big fan of Star Trek. Carl loved spending time with his family and close friends.
Carl is survived by his two children, Carl Kellar Jr (Faleashia) of Wallace, Idaho, and Rebecca Kellar (Allen) of Kellogg, Idaho; four brothers Tom Boots (Lori), Jerry Thompson (Ronnie Kay), Jack Thompson and Tim Thompson; two sisters Nellie Boots and Mary Gonzales. Carl is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Carl was preceded in death by is parents Gerald and Eva and his sister Edna.
