Carl Dean Chrisman, 64, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away on October 31, 2014 at the Mountain Valley Care & Rehabilitation Center, Kellogg, Idaho. He was born June 7, 1950 in Novinger, Missouri; Carl was the son of Cecil and Icel (Davis) Chrisman.
Carl moved to the Silver Valley when he was 4 years old.
Carl attended and graduated from Kellogg High School in 1968. He then went to North Idaho Community College where he received his associates degree in Electronics.
Carl was a miner, he worked for Sunshine, Stillwater, Cresent and Barrick Gold Mine of Neveda. Carl also spent time as long haul truck driver.
Carl enjoyed fishing, dirt bike riding, hiking in the mountains, spending time with family and friends; he really enjoyed what Northern Idaho had to offer. Carl was a talented musician and played the guitar. Carl also enjoyed making wine with his brother Gordon.
Carl is survived by his brother Gordon (Kara) Chrisman of Smelterville, Idaho; sister Donna Harrison of Alertion, Texas; and his nieces and nephews Laura, Hilary, Laurence, Aaron and Amanda. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation will be held and private family services will be held at a later date.
