Brett Sauer

Beloved father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle and friend, Brett Lee Sauer of Kingston, Idaho passed away on August 30, 2015 at his home in Kingston. He was born July 2, 1971 in Silverton, Idaho. He was the son of Ronald Gene and Sherry Anne (Oakey) Sauer.

Brett grew up in the Silver Valley and attended schools in Kellogg and Pinehurst. He worked as a Truck Driver for many years.

Brett enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time in the outdoors. He loved his children and grand children very much and greatly enjoyed spending time with them.

Brett is survived by his three children, Stacy (Levi) Duncan of Cataldo, Skyler Sauer of Kellogg and Sierra (Patrick Rowe) Sauer of Cataldo; his brothers Dennis (Shannon) Sauer of Enaville, Rocky (Diane) Sauer of Osburn, Mark (Kathy) Sauer of Enaville, Robert Stallsworth of Athol, Donald (Tammy) Stallsworth of Plummer, Tony Sauer of Round Mountain, Nevada, and Dusty Sauer of Pinehurst; his sisters Shelly Jardin of Dallas, Texas, Adele Maxon of Smelterville, and Veronica (Dave) Wuolle of Cataldo; his grandchildren Coltin, Anabelle and Priscilla Duncan and Scarlet and Baby Boy on the way Rowe; his step-mother Mary Sauer; his companion RaeAnne Bohn and his longtime ex-companion and the mother of his children Brandy Freer. Brett is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Brett is preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation will take place and a private gathering for family and friends will be held at a later date.

The family suggests that contributions for Brett’s children and grandchildren can be made to Bank CDA in the name of Stacy Duncan.
