Michael Joseph Bromley, 64
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, Michael Joseph Bromley, 64, of Wallace, Idaho, passed away May 22, 2018 at the Schneidmiller House of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. He was born July 5, 1953 in Highland Park, Michigan; Michael was the son of Thomas F. and Joan (Charters) Bromley.
Michael attended and graduated from the Western High School of Las Vegas, Nevada in 1971.
Michael married Cynthia Lundberg on April 21, 1974 in Ferndale, Michigan.
Michael moved to the Silver Valley in 1977 from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Michael absolutely loved and was most proud of being a miner. He had worked at the Sunshine Mine, the Galena, the Bunker Hill Mining Company, the Lucky Friday, the Stillwater Mine of Montana and various other mines.
Michael was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses of Osburn, Idaho. He loved and enjoyed his family, gardening, reading, exploring mines, walking and visiting with his friends. Michael also loved working in the woods and being in the outdoors.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife of forty-four years Cynthia Bromley of the family home of Wallace; two daughters Colleen (Robert) Schrock of Smelterville, Idaho, Brieanne Bromley of Wallace; his grandchildren Ian Shreves, Samuel Hollis and Robert Schrock; his mother Joan Bromley of Las Vegas, Nevada; one brother Thomas J. Bromley of New Mexico; one sister Becky Samm of Tennessee; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his father Thomas Bromley, one sister Carol and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
